This website is operated by Out of Nowhere and hosted by Shopify, Inc.  Shopify, Inc. provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Out of Nowhere.  By browsing our site and making purchases you accept and are bound by all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.  These Terms of Service apply to any and all visitors to our site for any reason.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.  You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the services and/or products we provide without express written permission by us.  You may not use or produce for any illegal or unauthorized use that violate our Terms of Service or any laws in your area of jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

Products available on our website may have limited quantities available and are subject to the terms of Service and Return policies on this site.  All visual aids on the website (styles and colors) are NOT exact.  Computer screens/tablets, mobile devices have difference screen resolutions and settings and may slightly alter the images.  Product pricing and availability are subject to change at anytime without notice.  We reserve the right to add, change or discontinue any item, at any time without notice.  We are not responsible for your interpretation of "quality" of products, services or information obtained from Out Of Nowhere. 

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

By using our site and making purchases, you agree to provide us accurate and complete information in order for us to process your inquiry properly.  We ask that you keep your personal information updated so we can continue to provide you the best service possible without delays.

If you provide/send us with any comments, feedback or other submissions,  we are NOT obligated to the following

We will not take any responsibility for any 3rd party posting using profanity, pornography or anything else considered socially or legally unacceptable in a public forum.  You are responsible for your own actions and will be held accountable if there is any liability of inappropriate behavior or posting.

If on any occasion, there are errors in text or content on our site in relation to typographical errors, product related details, pricing, promotions, dates, and availability, we maintain the right to correct them without prior notice (including after a submission after an order is placed).  We apologize in advance for human error and will do our best to maintain a high standard on content and customer service.

Shipping Policy

• All standard orders should expected to ship within 10 days of your order confirmation.
• "Pre-sale" or "limited edition" items/sales may have extended shipping times as the items may not be produced until the sales window has closed.  
• You will receive an automated email with tracking information after your order has shipped.
• If you do not receive and email within 7 days, please contact us via email. 
• All orders ship FOB Hamburg, NY.  Transit times may vary based on your shipping location.
• Domestic (USA) orders will primarily ship vis USPS Priority Mail and should take 1-5 business days to arrive once your package has shipped.

Refund & Return Policy

• Out of Nowhere will only issue store credit on acceptable returns.  Monetary refunds will only take place due to internal errors at Out of Nowhere.
• 14 days - All returns, exchanges or refunds must be completed 14 days from receipt of your order.
• All items must be new, unworn, unused and returned in the same condition that they were sent to you.
• Any and all items other than apparel purchases are deemed final at checkout and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
• Please email us to initiate a return or refund.
• Once your inquiry is initiated and we have received your return, we will send you an email notifying you of your returns acceptance or rejection.
• Customers are responsible for any shipping charges for their returns or exchanges.
• Initial order shipping charges are not refundable.
• In order to ensure proper and guaranteed return delivery, Trackable shipping service is required for all returns and exchanges.
